One garage, two clear routes
The same ramps, the same technicians and the same record keeping behind both. Pick the route that fits and the rest of the site follows you.

Independent flexibility, run like a fleet operation
Six ramps take everything from a hatchback to a Luton, so a big vehicle going up does not block the rest of the day. Every job that comes through the door goes into our own database, which is how servicing intervals stop being something anyone has to remember.
Three technicians with the capacity to go to five, two people on bookings, authorisations and vehicle movements. Small enough that you speak to the person who knows your vehicle, organised enough to run at volume.

Ramps under one roof
Every hour off the road is the bit that costs you
Roughly 1,700 of the jobs we do each year are fleet jobs. We know what a vehicle standing still does to a rental branch, a delivery round or an airside operation, so the whole workshop is organised around getting it back to you.
Downtime is the cost
A vehicle on our ramp is a vehicle not earning. That is the number we optimise, not the hourly rate.
Authorisation without chasing
Estimates in 30 to 60 minutes, submitted through 1link or straight to your contact, with the fault explained.
We move the vehicle
Collection and return within approximately 3 to 5 miles, recovery arranged to 3.5 tonnes, trade plates where needed.
One person who knows it
You get the same contact each time, who can tell you where your vehicle is without putting you on hold.
Back on the road in 24 to 48 hours
Around seven in ten jobs are completed inside that window. The rest come down to diagnosis, authorisation or parts, and we tell you which.

Five stages, and you hear from us at each one
Step 1
Book
Call or send the vehicle details. Fleet work is prioritised and slotted against your operating schedule.
Step 2
Diagnose
The vehicle goes on a ramp and the fault is identified properly, not guessed at from the symptom.
Step 3
Authorise
An estimate is submitted, typically within 30 to 60 minutes, through 1link or direct to your contact.
Step 4
Repair
Work starts as soon as it is authorised. Parts are ordered ahead wherever the diagnosis allows it.
Step 5
QC and return
The vehicle is checked over, then collected or returned to you within approximately 3 to 5 miles.
Everything a mixed fleet needs, under one roof

Questions people ask before they call
How quickly do you turn a vehicle around?
Around 70% of jobs are completed within 24 to 48 hours. The honest answer is that it depends on diagnosis, authorisation and parts availability, so we tell you which of those three you are waiting on rather than giving you a flat estimate.
How fast will I get an estimate?
Typically 30 to 60 minutes from the vehicle going on a ramp. We are registered on the 1link platform and are used to working with Arval processes, so estimates arrive the way your system expects them.
Can you collect and return our vehicles?
Yes, within approximately 3 to 5 miles. Recovery can be arranged up to 3.5 tonnes, and we hold trade plates where they are needed.
What size of fleet do you take on?
We currently handle around 1,700 fleet jobs a year across rental, leasing, commercial and airport operators. We run three technicians with the capacity to go to five, so we would rather talk about your volume honestly than take on work we cannot turn round.
What vehicles can you take?
Cars, electric vehicles, light commercials, LWB and high-roof vans, Luton vans, and specialist airport or utility equipment. Six ramps means a Luton going up does not block the rest of the day.
Are you insured for trade work?
Yes. We carry public liability, employers liability and motor trade insurance, and we are VAT registered under number 391 1579 79. Company number 13092488.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. We diagnose the fault, tell you what it needs, what it costs and what can safely wait, and nothing gets done until you have said yes.
Can you do it the same day?
Often, yes, particularly for servicing and tyres. It depends on what the diagnosis turns up and whether the parts are on the shelf, and we will tell you either way when you book.
Do you do MOTs?
We cover Class 4 and Class 7 MOT for cars and vans up to 3,500kg, including preparation beforehand and any repairs needed to get the vehicle through.
Can you collect my car?
Within roughly 3 to 5 miles, yes. If you cannot get to us in south Liverpool during working hours, say so when you book and we will sort the movement out.
Is there a courtesy car?
Courtesy vehicles are available at modest additional cost, subject to availability. Ask when you book and we will tell you what we have.
Do you work on electric cars?
Yes. We service and diagnose EVs, and the brakes, suspension, tyres and running gear still wear on an electric car just as they do on anything else.
Tell us what you run and we will tell you straight
Whether that is forty vans across three branches or one car that has started making a noise. Trial work, single branches and longer term maintenance partnerships are all worth a conversation.
